2. About Our Services
Growprofyts provides lead generation and digital marketing services for home interior and modular kitchen brands across North and Central India, including but not limited to advertising campaign management, lead qualification, and related marketing support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed upon separately in writing (via proposal, invoice, or service agreement) between Growprofyts and the client.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian law. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of your business.
4. Engagement & Payment Terms
By explicitly opting in to our SMS messaging service through our website forms or by other means, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Service engagements begin upon mutual agreement (written or via invoice acceptance) and payment of applicable fees as communicated to the client.
- Fees are due as per the payment schedule agreed at the time of engagement.
- Ad spend, where applicable, is separate from service fees and is either paid directly by the client to the advertising platform or managed by Growprofyts as agreed in writing.
5. Performance Guarantees
Where a specific guarantee (such as a profit-return guarantee) is offered as part of an engagement, its terms, conditions, and qualifying criteria will be detailed separately in the applicable service agreement or proposal. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of results outside the specific terms agreed to in writing with a client.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and any assets (branding, project information, etc.) reasonably required for Growprofyts to deliver services effectively. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect service timelines and results.
7. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, ad copy, campaign strategies, and materials developed by Growprofyts during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Growprofyts unless otherwise agreed in writing, though clients are granted a license to use campaign materials created specifically for their brand for their own marketing purposes.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to campaign strategies, performance data, and internal processes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Growprofyts provides marketing and lead generation services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as per the notice period and terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Refunds, if any, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
