By subscribing to our AI Receptionist services, paying setup fees, or purchasing any related software packages, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Software Subscription Cancellations
Our AI Receptionist software is billed on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or managing your billing preferences within your account dashboard.
- No Prorated Refunds: Cancellations will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid billing period.
3. Setup and Onboarding Fees
Due to the highly customized nature of configuring our AI Receptionist to learn your specific law firm’s intake processes, FAQs, and routing rules, all setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. * If you wish to cancel an onboarding service, you must do so via email within 48 hours of purchase and strictly before our team has begun configuring your custom AI agent.
4. Pilot Programs and Trials
If you have enrolled in a 14-day pilot or any other trial program, you are responsible for evaluating the software during that specific window. If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the pilot period expires. Once a pilot converts into an active paid subscription, standard subscription cancellation terms (Section 2) apply.
5. Processing Time (For Eligible Refunds)
If a refund is approved by our team (such as a qualifying setup fee cancellation within 48 hours), it will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments
If you believe your payment was made in error or fraudulently, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to resolve the issue directly with you and our payment processor.
